目的：探讨观察血清β-HCG、孕酮水平…在异位妊娠早期诊断中…的临床价值。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月于本院治疗的112例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（正常妊娠组，58例），观察组（异位妊娠组，54例），检测两组孕妇的血清β － HCG和孕酮，并进行比较分析。结果检测两组孕妇的血清β-HCG、孕酮，观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论联合检测血清β-HCG、孕酮可以提高异位妊娠早期诊断率。
목적：탐토관찰혈청β-HCG、잉동수평…재이위임신조기진단중…적림상개치。방법선취2012년6월~2014년6월우본원치료적112례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조（정상임신조，58례），관찰조（이위임신조，54례），검측량조잉부적혈청β － HCG화잉동，병진행비교분석。결과검측량조잉부적혈청β-HCG、잉동，관찰조현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론연합검측혈청β-HCG、잉동가이제고이위임신조기진단솔。
Objective To nvestigate the effects of progesterone level, serum β-HCG in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From 2012 June~2014 June, 112 cases in our hospital for treatment were taken as the research object, randomly divided into control group (normal pregnancy group, 58 cases), the observation group (ectopic pregnancy group, 54 cases), detected serum β-HCG and progesterone in pregnant women in the two groups, and conducted comparative analysis. Results The detection of two groups of pregnant women serum β-HCG, progesterone showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serumβ-HCG, progesterone can enhance the rate of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
