目的：研究分析手术室的护理对手术患者进行手术全期护理的效果。方法选择我院的髋关节置换术的患者50例，随机分为观察组与对照组各25例，观察组给予手术全期护理，对照组则不给予。观察两组治疗后 Harris 评分与护理满意度。结果观察组 Harris 评分低于对照组，两组对比差异显著，具有统计学意义。观察组护理满意度为98%，明…显高于对照组的75%，两组对比差异显著。结论对手术患者实施全期护理可以有效保证患者手术过程中…的安全，并减少患者的抑郁。

목적：연구분석수술실적호리대수술환자진행수술전기호리적효과。방법선택아원적관관절치환술적환자50례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각25례，관찰조급여수술전기호리，대조조칙불급여。관찰량조치료후 Harris 평분여호리만의도。결과관찰조 Harris 평분저우대조조，량조대비차이현저，구유통계학의의。관찰조호리만의도위98%，명…현고우대조조적75%，량조대비차이현저。결론대수술환자실시전기호리가이유효보증환자수술과정중…적안전，병감소환자적억욱。
Objective To research and analysis the operating room nursing effect to patients who proceed the whole surgical period of nursing. Method Selected 50 cases of hip replacement in our hospital, randomly divided them into observation group and control group which including each 25 cases, we gave the observation group whole period nursing of operation, and gave the control group nothing. Observing the Harris score and nursing satisfaction in the two groups. Result The Harris scale of the observation group was lower than the control group, the two groups differ significantly, it was statistically significant. Observe group’s nursing satisfaction rate was 98%, which was significantly higher than the control group-75%, the two groups differ significantly. Conclusion The implementation of the whole period of nursing to the surgical patient can effectively ensure the safety of patients in the process of operation and reduce the patient's depression.
