目的：探讨给予直肠癌 Dixon 手术患者围术期临床护理干预的临床效果。方法对56例经腹行 Dixon 手术直肠癌患者实施围术期护理干预，包括术前、术后和并发症的护理。结果56例患者中…，4例患者出现吻合口瘘，占7.1%，2例患者出现尿潴留，占3.6%，1例患者出现肠外营养中…心静脉导管穿刺口感染，占1.8%，7例患者出现肠内营养后腹泻，占12.5%，给予对症支持治疗后均治愈。结论给予直肠癌 Dixon 手术患者围术期临床护理干预，具有较好效果。

목적：탐토급여직장암 Dixon 수술환자위술기림상호리간예적림상효과。방법대56례경복행 Dixon 수술직장암환자실시위술기호리간예，포괄술전、술후화병발증적호리。결과56례환자중…，4례환자출현문합구루，점7.1%，2례환자출현뇨저류，점3.6%，1례환자출현장외영양중…심정맥도관천자구감염，점1.8%，7례환자출현장내영양후복사，점12.5%，급여대증지지치료후균치유。결론급여직장암 Dixon 수술환자위술기림상호리간예，구유교호효과。
Objective To investigate the Dixon rectal cancer surgery patients' perioperative clinical effect of clinical nursing intervention. Methods 56 cases of abdominal line Dixon surgery patients with rectal cancer perioperative nursing intervention, including preoperative and postoperative nursing and complications. Result Of 56 cases, 4 cases of patients with anastomotic fistula, accounted for 7.1%, 2 cases of patients with urinary retention, accounted for 3.6%, 1 case of patients with central venous catheter puncture parenteral nutrition mouth infection, accounted for 1.8%, 7 cases of patients with enteral nutrition after diarrhea, accounted for 12.5%, were cured after symptomatic support treatment. Conclusion Dixon rectal cancer surgery patients' perioperative clinical nursing intervention, and has good effect.
