目的：对原发性椎管内肿瘤的临床诊治进行研究分析。方法从我院原发性椎管内肿瘤患者中…选取22例，分析其临床特点和治疗效果。结果22例原发性椎管内肿瘤患者术后通过病理检查证实，6例为脊膜瘤，7例为神经纤维瘤，9例为神经鞘瘤。1例患者不全瘫， 1例患者 T12～ L3椎管内巨大神经鞘瘤，均经治疗后痊愈。结论显微外科技术和 MRI 检查方法效果显著，为手术治疗提供便利条件。

목적：대원발성추관내종류적림상진치진행연구분석。방법종아원원발성추관내종류환자중…선취22례，분석기림상특점화치료효과。결과22례원발성추관내종류환자술후통과병리검사증실，6례위척막류，7례위신경섬유류，9례위신경초류。1례환자불전탄， 1례환자 T12～ L3추관내거대신경초류，균경치료후전유。결론현미외과기술화 MRI 검사방법효과현저，위수술치료제공편리조건。
Objective To research and analyze the experience of diagnosis and treatment of primary intraspinal tumor. Methods In our hospital primary intraspinal tumor of 22 cases were selected, analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect. Results 22 cases of pathologically confirmed by primary intraspinal tumor patients after operation, 6 cases of meningioma, 7 cases of neurofibroma, 9 cases of neurilemmoma. 1 patients with incomplete paralysis, 1 cases of giant schwannoma were T12 - L3 in the spinal canal, and all recovered after treatment. Conclusion The effect of microsurgical technique and the MRI inspection method significantly, provide convenience for operation treatment.
