植物组织培养是现代生物技术的重要组成部分，随着PCR检测技术在生产上的广泛应用，PCR法检测脱毒苗病毒实验课程的建立显得尤其重要。以香蕉试管苗束顶病病毒的PCR检测为例建立了新的实验课程，在实验内容设计、实验方法优化、实验课程安排及实验考核等方面进行了研究和探索。经过3年的有益实践表明，该课程取得了较好的教学效果，提高了大学生的科研能力和植物组织培养应用技能。

Plant tissue culture is an important part of modern biotechnology, and with the wide applications of PCR detection technology to the production, to establish an experimental course of detecting the virus of virus-free seedlings by PCR assay is especially important. This article took the PCR detection of banana tube seedling banana bunchy top virus (BBTV) as an example to establish a new experimental course, which studied and explored the design of the experimental content, optimization of the experiment method, arrangement of the experimental curriculum and the examination of the experiment course, etc. It has been proved to be beneficial to improvement of the experimental teaching effects and the university students' abilities of research and application skills for plant tissue culture by threeyears practice.
