[目的]利用五指毛桃不同外植体和激素配比对其愈伤组织形成进行研究,建立起培养体系。[方法]以五指毛桃的叶片、叶柄和茎段为外植体,分别接种于1/2MS附加不同激素配比的培养基上,比较不同外植体及激素配比对五指毛桃愈伤组织诱导的影响。[结果]叶片最易诱导愈伤组织,叶片的最适诱导培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;其次是叶柄,叶柄的最适诱导培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L。茎段不适合作为五指毛桃组织培养的外植体。[结论]叶片为五指毛桃诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体,适合进一步继代培养,这一结论可为今后建立繁育体系和规模化育苗提供物质和技术参考。

[목적]이용오지모도불동외식체화격소배비대기유상조직형성진행연구,건립기배양체계。[방법]이오지모도적협편、협병화경단위외식체,분별접충우1/2MS부가불동격소배비적배양기상,비교불동외식체급격소배비대오지모도유상조직유도적영향。[결과]협편최역유도유상조직,협편적최괄유도배양기위1/2MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L;기차시협병,협병적최괄유도배양기위1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L。경단불괄합작위오지모도조직배양적외식체。[결론]협편위오지모도유도유상조직적최가외식체,괄합진일보계대배양,저일결론가위금후건립번육체계화규모화육묘제공물질화기술삼고。
Objective]The aim was to find the tissue culture system of different explants and phytohormone combinations on callus induction of Radix Fici Hirtae. [Method] Leaf, petiole and stem were inoculated on 1/2 MS medium with different phytohormone combinations to study the effect of different explants and phytohormone combinations on callus induction of Radix Fici Hirtae. [Result] Results show that leaf was the best explants for callus induction, while on 1/2 MS medium with phytohormones of 3.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA. Petiole, second to leaf, proper circumstance is 1/2 MS medium with phytohormones of 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA. Stem is not a suitable explant for tissue culture of Radix Fici Hirtae. [Conclusion] It was proved by comparing examination, that leaf was the best chioce for callus induction, and further subculture, this conclusion can provide material and technical references for future establishment of breeding system and scale seedling.
