目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫切口妊娠诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析102例子宫切口妊娠患者的经阴道彩色多普勒超声图像、临床治疗方案和预后。结果102例子宫切口妊娠中，61例为孕囊型，41例为混合团块型。除4例包块较小、血HCG低的患者外，余98例均行子宫动脉介入栓塞术，疗效显著。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声可清楚地显示子宫切口妊娠病灶的位置、大小、外缘肌层厚度、血流灌注情况等，对临床治疗方案的选择及疗效评估具有重要的指导意义。
목적：탐토경음도채색다보륵초성재자궁절구임신진단급치료중적응용개치。방법회고성분석102례자궁절구임신환자적경음도채색다보륵초성도상、림상치료방안화예후。결과102례자궁절구임신중，61례위잉낭형，41례위혼합단괴형。제4례포괴교소、혈HCG저적환자외，여98례균행자궁동맥개입전새술，료효현저。결론경음도채색다보륵초성가청초지현시자궁절구임신병조적위치、대소、외연기층후도、혈류관주정황등，대림상치료방안적선택급료효평고구유중요적지도의의。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagonosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods Transvaginal ultrasound images, clinical treatment plans and prognoses of 102 patients with CSP were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 102 cases of CSP, 61 cases were gestational sac type and 41 cases were heterogeneous mass type. Except for 4 patients who had small masses and low HCG level in blood, the other 98 patients were all performed uterine artery embolisation and the effects of the treatment were significant.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the site and size of CSP as well as the thickness of outer muscularis and the condition of blood perfusion, which can provide guidance for clinical treatment and evaluation of CSP.
