目的：探讨320排动态容积CT全脑灌注成像在颅脑病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对颅脑病变患者分别采用320排动态容积CT（88例）和64排螺旋CT扫描（46例），比较两组间的剂量长度乘积和有效剂量值，并进行对比。结果320排CT扫描的平均有效剂量值为（3.28±0.36） mSv，64排CT扫描的平均有效剂量值为（10.15±0.59） mSv。结论320排动态容积CT全脑灌注成像具有图像质量高、有效剂量低等特点，具有一定的推广价值。

목적：탐토320배동태용적CT전뇌관주성상재로뇌병변진단중적응용개치。방법대로뇌병변환자분별채용320배동태용적CT（88례）화64배라선CT소묘（46례），비교량조간적제량장도승적화유효제량치，병진행대비。결과320배CT소묘적평균유효제량치위（3.28±0.36） mSv，64배CT소묘적평균유효제량치위（10.15±0.59） mSv。결론320배동태용적CT전뇌관주성상구유도상질량고、유효제량저등특점，구유일정적추엄개치。
Objective To explore the application value of whole brain perfusion imaging with 320-row dynamic volume CT in the diagnosis of craniocerebral diseases.Methods 88 patients who suffered from craniocerebral diseases were performed with 320-row dynamic volume CT scan and and 46 patients who suffered from craniocerebral diseases were performed with 64 row helical CT scan respectively. And then the dose length product (DLP) and effective dose (ED) of the two groups were compared.Results The average ED of 88 patients performed with 320-row dynamic volume CT scan was(3.28±0.36) mSv, and that of 46 patients performed with 64 row helical CT scan was(10.15±0.59)mSv.ConclusionThe whole brain perfusion imaging with 320-row dynamic volume CT has the advantages of high image quality and low effective dose and is worthy to be promoted.
