目的:探讨 CT/MRI融合技术在鼻咽癌放疗靶区勾画中的应用价值。方法对50例经病理证实的鼻咽癌患者进行调强放疗,分别在CT及CT/MRI融合图像下勾画鼻咽癌肿瘤靶区,比较CT组和CT/MRI组勾画的靶区体积的差异性。结果 CT组和CT/MRI组勾画的平均靶区体积分别为(29.18±19.12) cm3和(33.57±20.63) cm3,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在T1、T2、T3期中,两组体积对比差异明显(P<0.05);在T4期中,两组体积对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论 CT/MRI融合技术结合CT和MRI两种不同成像技术的优势,有助于进一步提高鼻咽癌放疗靶区勾画的精确性。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT/MRI image fusion technique in the delineating of gross tumor volume in intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasal pharyngeal cancer (NPC).Methods 50 patients confirmed as NPC by pathology were treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy. The gross tumor volumes (GTVs) were delineated under CT images and CT/MRI fusion images respectively. Then the differences of GTVs between CT group and CT/MRI group were compared.Results The average GTVs of CT group and CT/MRI group were (29.18±19.12) cm3 and (33.57±20.63) cm3 respectively, and the differences were signiifcant (P<0.05). Comparing to the T stage, the two groups had obvious differences of GTVs on T1, T2 and T3 stage (P<0.05), but not obvious on T4 stage (P>0.05). Conclusion CT/MRI image fusion technology which combines CT and MRI, is helpful to improve the accuracy of delineating gross tumor volume in radiotherapy for NPC.
