目的:研发一套适用于现场紧急医疗救援的移动式医用高压氧供系统,既可用于单个麻醉机的氧源供应,亦可满足多人同时吸氧。方法综合利用变压吸附(PSA)技术、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术和微型空压机技术,采用Pro/E建模软件进行三维结构设计,并根据YY/T0298-1998要求及相关国家标准进行机械加工。结果研制出一种流量为10 L/min的移动式医用高压氧源供给系统,该系统设计先进、结构合理、制作精良、移动方便,符合便携式的要求,适宜广大农村及偏远地区医疗单位的氧源供应或灾害紧急医疗救援。结论移动式医用高压氧供系统对于野战和院外的紧急医疗救援具有重要的作用。

목적:연발일투괄용우현장긴급의료구원적이동식의용고압양공계통,기가용우단개마취궤적양원공응,역가만족다인동시흡양。방법종합이용변압흡부(PSA)기술、가편정라집공제기(PLC)기술화미형공압궤기술,채용Pro/E건모연건진행삼유결구설계,병근거YY/T0298-1998요구급상관국가표준진행궤계가공。결과연제출일충류량위10 L/min적이동식의용고압양원공급계통,해계통설계선진、결구합리、제작정량、이동방편,부합편휴식적요구,괄의엄대농촌급편원지구의료단위적양원공응혹재해긴급의료구원。결론이동식의용고압양공계통대우야전화원외적긴급의료구원구유중요적작용。
Objective To develop a medical removable oxygen supply system with high pressure which is suitable for medical on-site ifrst-aid to satisfy the oxygen supply of single anesthesia machine and meet the requirement of simultaneous oxygen inhalation for multiple people.Methods Based on the comprehensive utilization of PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption)technology, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology and miniature air compressor technology,three-dimensional structure of the system was designed with Pro/E modeling software and manufactured according to the requirements of YY/T0298-1998 and other national standards.Results The system whose lfow rate is 10 L/min owns multiple advantages such as advanced design, reasonable structure, excellent production, convenient movement. The system which can meet the portable requirements is suitable for oxygen supply and medical on-site ifrst-aid of medical institutions in remote and undeveloped areas. Conclusion The system may play an important role in the ifrst-aid in the ifeld.
