目的：探讨肠道病毒71型（EV71）手足口病患儿病毒载量拷贝数与病情轻重程度的关系。方法收集2013年5月至7月实验室确诊为EV71型手足口病患儿154例，其中重症109例，普通型45例。采集患儿的咽拭子标本，用荧光定量RT-PCR法进行肠道病毒71型（EV71）病毒核酸定量检测。比较分析重症EV71手足口病患儿与普通型EV71手足口病患儿咽拭子病毒载量的差异；同时比较两组患儿在年龄、性别、高热天数及体温峰值上的差异。结果重症EV71手足口病患儿与普通型EV71手足口病患儿在病毒载量方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在高热天数及体温峰值方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而在性别和年龄方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在EV71型手足口病患儿中，病毒载量拷贝数与病情轻重程度无关；患儿发热持续时间及发热程度与病情轻重程度无关；而小年龄、男性患儿更易发生重症手足口病。
목적：탐토장도병독71형（EV71）수족구병환인병독재량고패수여병정경중정도적관계。방법수집2013년5월지7월실험실학진위EV71형수족구병환인154례，기중중증109례，보통형45례。채집환인적인식자표본，용형광정량RT-PCR법진행장도병독71형（EV71）병독핵산정량검측。비교분석중증EV71수족구병환인여보통형EV71수족구병환인인식자병독재량적차이；동시비교량조환인재년령、성별、고열천수급체온봉치상적차이。결과중증EV71수족구병환인여보통형EV71수족구병환인재병독재량방면차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；재고열천수급체온봉치방면차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；이재성별화년령방면차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재EV71형수족구병환인중，병독재량고패수여병정경중정도무관；환인발열지속시간급발열정도여병정경중정도무관；이소년령、남성환인경역발생중증수족구병。
Objective To explore the correlation of copy number of viral load of enterovirus 71(EV71)with the severity of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in EV71 associated HFMD children. Methods 154 cases of laboratory confirmed EV71 associated HFMD children enrolled in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2013 were collected.Among them,109 were severe cases and 45 were normal cases.Specimens of the children's throat swabs were collected,and the nucleic acid testing was conducted by the fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR method to quantitatively detect the virus nucleic acid of EV71.The differences between viral load of throat swabs in severe EV71 associated HFMD children and those in normal EV71 associated HFMD children were compared.And in addition,the differences of ages,genders,days of high fever and peak value of temperature in the two groups of children were compared. Results No obvious statistical difference was found in terms of viral load between EV71 associated HFMD children and normal EV71 associated HFMD children(P>0.05);and no obvious statistical difference in terms of days of high fever and peak value of temperature(P>0.05),but there were obvious statistical differences with respect to age and gender(P<0.05). Conclusion In EV71 associated HFMD children,the copy number of viral load has nothing to do with the severity of the disease;duration time and degree of fever were not related with the severity of the disease;while smaller boy was more prone to develop severe HFMD.
