针对海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值变化的要求,结合某海上平台设计紧凑、可利用空间狭小的特点,提出采用改性纤维球过滤技术进行生产水精细过滤,解决了海上平台空间和承重受限问题,利用海上油田伴生天然气在反洗过程进行吹扫,提高了污水处理效果,排海污水中油质量浓度从30 mg/L降至15 mg/L,固相颗粒质量浓度从50 mg/L降至5 mg/L,为海上油田生产污水深度处理作出了有益的探索。

According to the requirements for the exploration and development of limit value changes in pollutant e-mission concentration,combining with the characteristics,such as,compact platform design and narrow usable space,it is proposed that modified fiber ball filtering technology is to be used for the fine filtration of water produc-ing. The problems,such as offshore platform space and load bearing being restricted have thus been solved. Making use of the offshore oilfield accompanied with natural gas in the backwash process to be purged can improve the wastewater treatment effect. The mass concentration of oil in the wastewater discharged to sea is reduced from 30 mg/L to 15 mg/L,and solid granular mass concentration is reduced from 50 mg/L to 5 mg/L. Beneficial exploration has been made for the advanced treatment of wastewater produced from offshore oilfield.
