研究了活性炭纤维电极电吸附法对模拟电镀废水中Ni2+的去除效果及其影响因素,确定了最佳电极电位、板间距、活性炭纤维表面积、溶液初始浓度,并作出相应的吸附平衡分析。实验结果表明:在施加电极电位为1.0 V,活性炭纤维表面积为50 cm2,电极板间距为30 mm,Ni2+初始质量浓度为20 mg/L条件下,达到平衡后,Ni2+的去除率可达88.15%。

The removing capacity for Ni2+from simulated electroplating wastewater by activated carbon fiber (ACF) electrode,as well as its influencing factors,has been studied. The optimal electrode potential,distance between plates,surface area of activated carbon fiber,and initial concentration of solution are determined,and the corresponding adsorption equilibrium analysis is conducted. The experimental results show that under the following conditions:electrode potential exerted is 1.0 V,surface area of activated carbon fiber 50 cm2,distance between plates 30 mm,and initial concentration of nickel 20 mg/L,the removing rate of Ni2+could be up to 88.15%.
