以活性炭颗粒为填料构建厌氧污水处理系统。以葡萄糖作为单一碳源,当进水中葡萄糖的质量浓度为500 mg/L时,COD的去除率最高为87.9%。系统对NH4+-N和NO3--N的最高去除率分别为60.3%和95.2%;同时出水中NO2--N没有明显的积累,始终低于0.55 mg/L。这表明以活性炭为填料的厌氧污水处理系统能有效降低反硝化菌及其代谢产物对厌氧消化菌的抑制,实现COD和含氮污染物的协同、高效去除。

An anaerobic wastewater treatment system has been constructed by using granular activated carbon as fillers. When glucose is used as the only carbon source and the content of glucose in the influent is 500 mg/L ,the maximum removing rate of COD is 87.9%. The maximum removing rates of NH4+-N and NO3--N by the system are 60.3% and 95.2%,respectively. However,the content of NO2 --N in the effluent does not have any obvious accumulation,and is lower than 0.55 mg/L all the time. These facts indicate that granular activated carbon acts as fillers can effectively decrease denitrifying bacteria and its metabolite product can effectively inhibit anaerobic digestion bacteria. The coordination of COD and nitrogen-containing pollutants,as well as efficient removal of COD, can be accomplished.
