为观察复合营养舔砖对奶牛血清中微量元素水平的影响,选择高、中、低产中国荷斯坦奶牛各8头,补饲复合营养舔砖,于第1、2、3、4月测定血清 Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn 的含量。结果表明,补饲后血清 Cu 的含量除第1 月升高外,其余各月都有所降低;血清 Mn 的含量各组及各时间段均极显著高于补饲前(P <0.01);血清 Fe 的含量,高、中产奶牛补饲前后无显著性差异,低产奶牛第2、3月明显高于补饲前(P <0.01和 P <0.05);血清 Zn 的含量有所提高,其中高产奶牛较为明显;Zn/Cu 比值随着饲喂周期的增加而增大。说明复合营养舔砖对提高奶牛血清微量元素水平有促进作用。

위관찰복합영양첨전대내우혈청중미량원소수평적영향,선택고、중、저산중국하사탄내우각8두,보사복합영양첨전,우제1、2、3、4월측정혈청 Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn 적함량。결과표명,보사후혈청 Cu 적함량제제1 월승고외,기여각월도유소강저;혈청 Mn 적함량각조급각시간단균겁현저고우보사전(P <0.01);혈청 Fe 적함량,고、중산내우보사전후무현저성차이,저산내우제2、3월명현고우보사전(P <0.01화 P <0.05);혈청 Zn 적함량유소제고,기중고산내우교위명현;Zn/Cu 비치수착사위주기적증가이증대。설명복합영양첨전대제고내우혈청미량원소수평유촉진작용。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the ability of Holstein dairy cows to regulate intake of multinutrient blocks with trace mineral contents.Holstein dairy cows were chosen at random,and divided into three groups,high yield dairy cows,middle yield dairy cows,and low yield dairy cows,respectively. After feeding for 1,2,3 and 4 months,the contents of Cu,Mn,Fe and Zn in serum were detected.The results showed that the content of serum Cu was reduced except the first month.The content of serum Mn in all groups was higher than that before feeding period (P <0.01).The content of serum Fe in high and middle yield dairy cows had no significant difference compared with before feeding period,but higher than that before feeding period in low yield dairy cows on second and third month (P <0.01 and P <0.05).The content of serum Zn was increased,especially in the high yield dairy cows.The ratio of Cu/Zn was in-creased with the feeding cycle extend.In conclusion,the results of this experiment showed that multinu-trient blocks have significant simulative effect on improving serum level of trace elements in dairy cows.
