为了提高母兔分娩管理效率与新生仔兔成活率,挑选健康妊娠29 d母兔28只,随机分为7组,分别注射氯前列烯醇钠注射液0.1、0.2、0.3 mL 和地塞米松磷酸钠注射液0.15、0.3、0.45 mL,对照组注射0.3 mL 生理盐水,各组用药至分娩间隔时间依次为50 h±1 h、48 h±1 h、36 h ±1 h、55h±1 h、68 h±1 h、52 h±1 h、57 h±1 h。再挑选健康妊娠29 d 母兔56只,分为7组。根据上述结果,分别用上述低、中、高剂量的氯前列烯醇钠注射液和地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,注射时间依次为11:00,13:00,1:00;6:00,17:00,9:00;对照组4:00。各组白天同期分娩率依次为62.5%、87.5%、75%、37.5%、50%、62.5%、25%。氯前列烯醇钠注射液与地塞米松磷酸钠注射液处理组效果均显著优于对照组(P <0.05),而且白天同期分娩率与仔兔意外死亡率呈负相关。产后24h 内正常泌乳母兔数分别为87.5%、87.5%、100%、87.5%、85%、100%及87.5%。结果表明,29日龄孕兔注射0.2 mL 氯前列烯醇钠注射液的白天同期分娩率最为理想。

In order to improve the management efficiency of rabbit delivery and neonatal rabbit survival rate,28 healthy pregnant rabbits at 29 day of gestation were randomly selected and divided into 7 groups. The rabbits in each group were respectively injected with 0.1 mL,0.2 mL,0.3 mL cloprostenol and 0.15 mL,0.3 mL,0.45 mL dexamethasone,and the rabbits in the control group were injected with 0.3 mL physiological saline,then the duration from medication to delivery was recorded,which were 50 h±1 h,48 h±1 h,36 h±1 h,55 h±1 h,68 h±1 h,52 h±1 h,57 h±1 h,respectively.Then 56 healthy pregnant rab-bits at 29 day of gestation were randomly selected,and were divided into 7 groups.Each group of the preg-nant rabbits were respectively injected with the low,medium,high doses of cloprostenol and dexametha-sone above.The injection time were 11:00,13:00,1:00;6:00,17:00,9:00;The control was at 4:00.The delivery rates in 7 groups were 62.5%,87.5%,75%,37.5%,50%,62.5%,25%,respectively.As re-sults,the effects of cloprostenol and dexamethasone were significantly better than that in the control (P <0.05);the delivery rates were negatively correlated with the accidental death rate of newborn rabbits. Normal postpartum lactation rates within 24 h were 87.5%,87.5%,100%,87.5%,85%,100% and 87.5%.These results indicated that injection of 0.2 mL cloprostenol is the best treatment for induction of rabbit delivery in the day time.
