利用植物根尖染色体常规压片法,对我国产5个种源的卷丹( Lilium lancifolium Thunb.)染色体数目进行比较分析。结果表明,5个种源中2n=3x=36细胞比例虽然占有绝对的多数,但都没有超过85%,其中36条染色体在各种源中所占比例分别为江苏省宜兴种源占37.21%,重庆市武隆种源占37.10%,黑龙江省齐齐哈尔种源占39.58%,黑龙江省哈尔滨种源占54.76%,江西省庐山种源占32.81%。5个种源中卷丹分别出现了较为严重的染色体数目的非整倍性变异,27~40条染色体数目占1.61%~26.56%,在江西省庐山种源中出现1.56%的2n=24的二倍体细胞。该5个种源卷丹不能称为三倍体,应该确认为整倍与非整倍的混倍体。

이용식물근첨염색체상규압편법,대아국산5개충원적권단( Lilium lancifolium Thunb.)염색체수목진행비교분석。결과표명,5개충원중2n=3x=36세포비례수연점유절대적다수,단도몰유초과85%,기중36조염색체재각충원중소점비례분별위강소성의흥충원점37.21%,중경시무륭충원점37.10%,흑룡강성제제합이충원점39.58%,흑룡강성합이빈충원점54.76%,강서성려산충원점32.81%。5개충원중권단분별출현료교위엄중적염색체수목적비정배성변이,27~40조염색체수목점1.61%~26.56%,재강서성려산충원중출현1.56%적2n=24적이배체세포。해5개충원권단불능칭위삼배체,응해학인위정배여비정배적혼배체。
An experiment was conducted to observe the chromosome number of five native sources of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. with root tip squash technique. Among five sources, none of them ever showed a proportion of 2n=3x=36 cell for the ma-jority in the plant, about 85%. For each species, the proportion of 36 chromosomes altered: 54. 76% for Yixing source, 37.10% for Wulong source, 39.58% for Qiqihar source, 54.76% for Harbin source and 32.81% for Lushan source. Five sources revealed obvious aneuploid variation of chromosome number, the proportion of 27-40 number ranged from 1.61%to 26.56%, and rate of the diploid cell (2n=24) was 1.56% in Lushan source. Five sources should be treated as mixo-ploid of aneuploid and euploid rather than as triploid.
