为了探究松材线虫的耐寒性,以采自湖北省宜昌市夷陵区的松材线虫( Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)为试验对象,研究低温及低温驯化对松材线虫存活情况的影响。结果表明:松材线虫有较强的耐低温能力,在10、5、0、-5、-10℃低温条件下,随着处理时间的延长,松材线虫存活率逐渐降低,各温度半致死时间分别为20.17、35.63、30.65、1.17 d,其中-10℃低温条件下短暂暴露,线虫全部死亡。此外,在0℃和5℃条件下经不同时间驯化后,-5℃暴露处理24 h,松材线虫的存活率显著提高,表明松材线虫耐寒性随着驯化时间的延长显著提高,但是0℃和5℃两种驯化温度对松材线虫的耐寒性增加差异不显著。
為瞭探究鬆材線蟲的耐寒性,以採自湖北省宜昌市夷陵區的鬆材線蟲( Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)為試驗對象,研究低溫及低溫馴化對鬆材線蟲存活情況的影響。結果錶明:鬆材線蟲有較彊的耐低溫能力,在10、5、0、-5、-10℃低溫條件下,隨著處理時間的延長,鬆材線蟲存活率逐漸降低,各溫度半緻死時間分彆為20.17、35.63、30.65、1.17 d,其中-10℃低溫條件下短暫暴露,線蟲全部死亡。此外,在0℃和5℃條件下經不同時間馴化後,-5℃暴露處理24 h,鬆材線蟲的存活率顯著提高,錶明鬆材線蟲耐寒性隨著馴化時間的延長顯著提高,但是0℃和5℃兩種馴化溫度對鬆材線蟲的耐寒性增加差異不顯著。

In order to explore the cold tolerance of Bursaphelenchus xly ophilsu , we took B.xylpo hilus from Yiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province to examine how low temperature and cold acclimation affected survival rate of B.xylophilus. B.xylophilus was relatively cold resistant with median level, and the survival rate decreased with the increase of cold expo-sure time.The median lethal time of B.xylophilus were 20.17, 35.63, 30.65 and 1.17 days at 10℃, 5℃, 0℃and -5℃, respectively, and all died at -10℃for short exposure.The survival rates of B.xylophilus were enhanced significantly at -5℃for 24 hours’ exposure after different time acclimation at 5℃and 0℃.The cold acclimation enhanced the cold tolerance of B.Xylophilus, and there was a positive correlation between the acclimation and cold tolerant, but there was no significant cold tolerant increase at 5℃and 0℃.
