于2013年5月份对小兴凯湖浮游植物群落进行调查。共鉴定浮游植物6门49种及变种,其中绿藻门种数最多,为19种;硅藻门次之1,8种;蓝藻门6种;金藻门3种;隐藻门2种;裸藻门1种。浮游植物丰度范围为(76.8~937.2)×104ind·L -1;生物量为(0.66~7.62)mg· L-1;Shannon-wiener指数为2.40~3.56; Pielou均匀度指数为0.50~0.85。采用Shannon-wiener指数和Pielou指数评价小兴凯湖水质状况,结果表明:5#、6#、7#、8#、9#水质相对较好,其余7个样点处于中度污染状态。典范对应分析显示,总磷、总氮和总有机碳是影响浮游植物分布的重要环境因子,氯离子、硝酸根离子、浊度、透明度和pH值对浮游植物分布也具有显著影响。

We set up six systematically placed sample stations to study phytoplankton in Xiaoxingkai Lake during in 2013 spring ( May) .We identified 49 species, among which 19 were Chlorophyta at most followed by 18 Bacillariophyta, 6 Cyanophy-ta, 3 Chrysophyta, 2 Cryptophyta, and 1 Euglenophyta. Abundant ranged from 76.8×104 to 937.2×104 ind· L-1 .Biomass ranged from 0.66 to 7.62 mg· L-1 .The Shannon-wiener index was between 2.40 and 3.56.Pielou index was between 0.50 and 0.85.We assessed the water quality of Xiaoxingkai Lake by Shannon-wiener index and Pielou index.The results showed that water quality of 5#, 6#, 7#, 8#, 9#was relatively good , and the rest seven samples were moderately polluted. By CCA, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and total organic carbon were the main factors affecting the distribution of phyto-plankton community, and the chloride ion, nitrate ion, turbidity, transparency and pHs also significantly influenced the distribution of phytoplankton community.
