采用HPLC-MS方法研究了6种施肥处理对湖北五峰、四川沐川和湖南沅陵3个种源青钱柳( Cyclo-carya paliurus)叶中阿江榄仁酸质量分数的影响。结果表明:施肥处理对青钱柳叶中阿江榄仁酸质量分数有显著影响。施用EDTA叶面肥和氨基态叶面肥可以提高青钱柳叶中阿江榄仁酸质量分数,但根施 N-P-K复合肥则降低了青钱柳叶中阿江榄仁酸质量分数;3个种源青钱柳的叶、根和茎中阿江榄仁酸质量分数不存在显著差异,但均是叶中最高、根中次之、茎中最低。不同施肥处理对青钱柳根和茎中阿江榄仁酸质量分数影响不显著。叶中阿江榄仁酸质量分数7、9月份较高。从单株叶中阿江榄仁酸积累量看,在9月底收获青钱柳叶较为适宜。

We examined the effects of six fertilization treatments on arjunolic acid content of three Cyclocarya paliurus prove-nances by HPLC-MS method.Different fertilization treatments had a significant effect on arjunolic acid content in the leaves of C.paliurus provenances.The addition of EDTA and ammonia leaf fertilizers improved the content of arjunolic acid in the leaves, while the application of N-P-K compound fertilizer reduced the content.There was no significant difference in arju-nolic acid content in the leaf, root and stem among three provenances, but the highest content was in the leaves, followed by roots and lowest in stems.Fertilization did not significantly affect the content of arjunolic acid in roots and stems of C. paliurus provenance.The arjunolic acid content in the leaves shows a seasonal dynamic, the relatively high content is in Ju-ly and September, respectively, and for the accumulation of single plant it is best to harvest Cyclocarya paliurus leaves in late September.
