以0.5 a火棘实生幼苗为试材,采用盆栽称质量控水法,研究了土壤相对含水量75%( CK,对照)、55%( LS,轻度干旱)、35%( MS,中度干旱)、15%( HS,重度干旱)4种不同强度干旱胁迫对其叶片生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫强度的加大,火棘幼苗叶绿素质量分数呈现出下降趋势,其中LS胁迫下与 CK差异不显著,MS、HS胁迫下与CK差异显著;可溶性糖与游离脯氨酸质量分数、相对电导率与丙二醛质量摩尔浓度均呈现出增加趋势,其中LS胁迫下除游离脯氨酸质量分数与CK差异显著外,其余均与CK差异不显著,而MS、HS胁迫下4种指标均与CK差异显著;过氧化物酶( POD)和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性呈现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势,其中LS、MS胁迫下的活性显著强于CK的,在HS胁迫下又显著弱于CK 的。结果认为火棘幼苗对干旱胁迫表现出一定的抗旱耐旱潜力。

With 0.5-year-old seedlings of Pyracantha fortuneana, we used pot weighing controlling water to study the relative wa-ter content of soils including 75%(CK, contrast), 55%(LS, the mild drought), 35%(MS, moderate drought), 15%( HS, severe droughts) , and the effects of four different drought stress intensity on its leaf physiological and biochemical characteristics.With the increase of drought stress intensity, the contents of P.fortuneana seedlings chlorophyll present a downward trend, under which the LS stress showed no significant difference with CK, but the HS and MS stress showed significant difference.Soluble sugar and free proline content, relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content presented a trend of increase, under which the LS stress in addition to the free proline content and CK significant difference, and for the rest there were no significant differences with CK, but four indexes under the MS and HS stress have remarkable differences with CK.Peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity showed enhancing first and then changed into weake-ning, and under LS and MS stress SOD was significantly better than CK, while under HS stress it was significantly weaker than CK.Therefore, the firethorn seedlings showed certain potential in the drought-resistant tolerance to drought stress.
