Distributed naval field resources programming is the key of realizing joint warfare at sea .First of all,sort and characteristic of resources programming are analyzed. And then the distributed naval field resources programming system based on multi-agents is established. The composition and function of the programming system is analyzed thoroughly,and the corresponding structure model is built. An effective approach is provided to program and manage the naval field resources qualitative and quantitative.
