The characteristics of elctro-optical precision guided weapons and elctro-optical countermeasure equipments are introduced. Then by further analysed,the conclusion can be drawn that the tactics of stratified against should be used in air defence for strategic points. And its implement method and operational mode are also analysed. In addition,the principles of tactics configuration are provided. Moreover,the influence factors of tactics configuration are analysed from the aspects of technique,tactics, terrain and climate. The conclusion will be reference value for army base training on electro-optical countermeasure tactics.
