文章依托某在建波纹钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥,分别制作了4个T w in‐PBL和角钢抗剪连接件进行静载推出试验,分析了两类连接件在各工作阶段的荷载‐滑移关系,研究了两类连接件极限承载力的主要影响因素。试验结果表明:在相同荷载水平下,T w in‐PBL连接件的滑移量远小于角钢连接件,且表现出优越的刚性特征;在极限荷载水平下,两类连接件均发生较大滑移后破坏,显示出良好的延性特征;T w in‐PBL连接件承载力的主要影响因素为贯穿钢筋直径和开孔钢板孔径,而开孔钢板厚度的影响相对较小;角钢连接件承载力的主要影响因素为钢腹板厚度,U形钢筋对角钢连接件的抗剪能力有一定的加强作用。通过实测值与理论值的对比分析,分别给出了两类连接件新的极限承载力计算公式;与其他推荐公式相比,文中所提公式的计算值与实测值最为吻合,为抗剪连接件的优化设计了提供参考。

Based on the practical project of a pre‐stressed concrete box‐girder bridge with corrugated steel web ,four Twin‐PBL shear connectors and four angle shear connectors were made respectively and then were tested in push‐out test under static loading .The load‐slip relationship in the overall ex‐perimental process and the main factors influencing the ultimate bearing capacity of the connectors were researched .The results show that at the same load level ,the slippages of Twin‐PBL shear con‐nectors are much smaller than those of angle shear connectors ,which means that Twin‐PBL shear connectors have superior rigidity .At the ultimate load level ,two kinds of connectors both have grea‐ter slippages before failure and show good ductility .T he main factors in fluencing the ultimate bearing capacity of Twin‐PBL shear connectors are the diameter of perforating rebar and the size of holes on the steel plate ,while the thickness of steel plate has little influence on the bearing capacity of Twin‐PBL shear connectors .T he main factor influencing the ultimate bearing capacity of angle shear con‐nectors is the thickness of steel web ,and U‐shaped steel has certain effect on the shear capacity of an‐gle shear connectors .Through comparing and analyzing the differences between the calculated values and test ones ,new calculation formulas for the ultimate bearing capacity of two connectors are pro‐posed .Compared with the recommended formulas ,the calculated values from the proposed formulas can estimate the test values fairly well ,thus indicating that new formulas can provide reference for the optimal design of shear connectors .
