文章基于科技人才伦理管理构成维度及其对高新企业创新绩效影响的理论假设模型,对北京中关村42家高新企业实际调研数据的统计分析和对高新企业科技人才伦理管理问题进行研究,报告了高新企业科技人才伦理管理构成维度及其对创新绩效影响的现状。通过对科技人才伦理管理构成维度的调查,运用因子分析方法,探测出高新企业科技人才伦理管理由公平公正、民主参与、学习创新3个维度构成;通过对科技人才伦理管理与创新绩效关系的调查,运用相关分析方法,验证了科技人才伦理管理对高新企业创新绩效的正向影响,进而分析了科技人才伦理管理各维度对创新绩效的不同影响。文章反映了高新企业开展科技人才伦理管理的重要性问题,取得了高新企业科技人才伦理管理由3个维度构成及其对创新绩效具有正向影响的研究成果,给出了高新企业应该重视和积极开展科技人才伦理管理的宝贵建议。

Based on the theoretical assumptions model of the ethical management of Science and Technology(ST) talent's structure and it's impact on innovation performance in high-tech enterprise and the analysis on the survey result of 42 high-tech enterprises of Beijing Zhongguancun, the paper studies the problem of ethical management of ST talent in high-tech enterprise and reports the status of the ethical management's dimension composition of ST talent and its impact on innovation performance. Through the investigation of ethical management's dimension composition, it is found that the ethical management's dimension composition of ST talent in high-tech enterprise are consisted of "fair and equitable", "democratic participation" and "learning and innovation" by way of the factor analysis. Through the investigation on relations between ethical management of ST talent and innovation performance, it verifies the positive impact of ethical management of ST talent on innovation performance by way of correlation analysis. Furthermore, the paper discusses the various dimensions' different effects on innovation performance levels. The paper reflects the importance of carrying out ethical management of ST talent for the high-tech enterprises and achieves the research results that the ethical management of ST talent are consisted of three dimen-sions and its positive impact on innovation performance, and gives the valuable suggestions that the high-tech enterprises should attach importance to and actively carry out the ethical management of ST talent.
