我国是水产品生产和消费大国，水产品质量安全直接关系到消费者的身体健康与生活质量，做好水产品质量安全管理工作具有重要意义。该文探讨了当前水产品质量安全方面存在的水环境污染、养殖方式传统等问题，并提出了要提升水环境标准、推广生态友好型水产养殖模式、发展现代渔业种业等措施，通过加大科技力度，提升渔业现代化水平，逐步实现水产品商品化、品牌化，达到水产品品质的稳定统一，才能保证水产品质量安全。

China is powerful in production and consumption of aquatic products,the quality and safety of aquatic products is directly related to consumers’health and life,so the management of quality and safety of aquatic products is greatly important. This paper discussed the existing problems in current aquatic products quality safety such as water pollution,traditional ways.It put forward countermeasures such as improving the water environment standard,promoting of ecological friendly aquaculture mode and developping modern fishery seed industry. With science,we could promote fishery modernization level,gradually realize the commercialization of aquatic products,the brand,the stability of the quality of aquatic products,guarantee the quality and safety of aquatic products.
