对海南发生的茄子棒孢霉叶斑病进行了病原菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性测定。根据该病原菌的形态特征、致病性及rDNA-ITS序列测定,将引起该病害的病原菌鉴定为多主棒孢霉;生物学特性研究表明:24~30℃、pH值7~9和完全光照为该病原菌菌落生长的最适条件,菌株在常用真菌培养基上均能生长,且影响不显著。病原菌菌株分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为28℃,致死温度为55℃10 min。

The pathogen causing Eggplant Corynespora leaf spot in Hainana was identified in this study,and its biological characteristics was also preliminary determined.The pathogen of Eggplant Corynespora leaf spot was identicated as Corynespora cassiicola(Berk.&Curst.)Wei based on its morophologh,pathogenicity and the annalysis of sequences of ribosomal rDNA-ITS. The optimum temperature,pH value and light treatment for the mycelial growth of C.cassiicola were 24~30℃,7~9 and full light,respectively.The mycelial could growth on the common fungal medium,and the effect was not significant. The optimum and lethal temperature for the spores were 28℃and 55℃,respectively.
