为明确西南高原生态区玉米地方品种的抗病性,采用人工接种的方法,对73份玉米地方品种进行瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病的抗病性鉴定。结果表明:参试品种中具有丰富的抗病资源,有14个品种对瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病均表现出较高抗性,有44个品种对其中一种病有抗性,有13个品种对瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病均感病。由此表明,西南高原生态玉米地方品种有大量抗病种质资源,值得进一步改良利用。

To understand the disease resistance of local maize landraces from southwestern plateau ecological region,the artificial inoculation method was used to evaluate the resistance against tumor smut and head smut.The results showed that there were plenties of disease resistance resources in the tested landraces.Among the 73 landraces,14 were highly resistant to tumor smut,44 were resistant to one of the disease,13 were not resistant to the smut disease.It was concluded that there were a lot of disease resistance germplasm in maize landraces of Southwestern plateau ecological region,which were worth to be used in maize breeding.
