根据在碱性介质中,抗氧化性物质能强烈地抑制鲁米诺-NaClO的化学发光的原理,利用流动注射技术,建立了一种评价茶叶抗氧化性能的方法。在最优的浓度条件下,测定结果表明:碧螺春的抗氧化性能优于茉莉花茶。
根據在堿性介質中,抗氧化性物質能彊烈地抑製魯米諾-NaClO的化學髮光的原理,利用流動註射技術,建立瞭一種評價茶葉抗氧化性能的方法。在最優的濃度條件下,測定結果錶明:碧螺春的抗氧化性能優于茉莉花茶。
근거재감성개질중,항양화성물질능강렬지억제로미낙-NaClO적화학발광적원리,이용류동주사기술,건립료일충평개다협항양화성능적방법。재최우적농도조건하,측정결과표명:벽라춘적항양화성능우우말리화다。
Based on the principle that in the alkaline medium,chemiluminescence come from Luminol-NaClO can been strongly inhibited by oxidation resistance materials,a kind of method to evaluate oxidation resistance of different kinds of tea was established through flow injection technology. In the optimal condition,the analysis results showed thatBiluochun Tea’s antioxidant ability is better than that of Jasmine Tea.
