酶制剂处理玉米秸秆后,测定其粗蛋白和粗纤维素含量,结果表明:玉米秸秆经酶制剂处理后,其粗蛋白含量比处理前提高0.49~0.55个百分点,差异不显著(p>0.05);粗纤维素含量比处理前降低了9.20~10.05个百分点,差异极显著(p<0.01)。

After the corn straw treated by enzyme,the contents of crude protein and crude fiber were determined. The results showed that corn stalk treated by enzyme,the content of crude protein increased by 0.49 to 0.55 percentage points than that before treatment,the difference was not significant(p>0.05).The content of crude fiber reduced by 9.20 to 10.05 percentage points than that before treatment,the difference was significant(p>0.01).
