目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后残留腺体增生的原因和防治方法。方法对52例经尿道前列腺电切术后出现残留腺体增生所致排尿困难患者的临床资料进行分析。结果根据残留腺体增生的程度及临床症状,35例采取前列腺增生药物、17例再次行经尿道前列腺电切等处理,效果满意。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后残留腺体增生所致排尿困难可由多种原因引起,采用前列腺增生药物及电切手术等相应治疗措施对残留腺体增生治疗可获满意疗效。

목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술후잔류선체증생적원인화방치방법。방법대52례경뇨도전렬선전절술후출현잔류선체증생소치배뇨곤난환자적림상자료진행분석。결과근거잔류선체증생적정도급림상증상,35례채취전렬선증생약물、17례재차행경뇨도전렬선전절등처리,효과만의。결론경뇨도전렬선전절술후잔류선체증생소치배뇨곤난가유다충원인인기,채용전렬선증생약물급전절수술등상응치료조시대잔류선체증생치료가획만의료효。
Objective To study the causes and therapeutic methods of residual prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate ( TURP). Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with dysuria caused residual prostatic hyperplasia after TURP were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 52 cases with residual prostatic hyperplasia, 35 patients received drug therapy and 17 patients received reoperation. Al patients were satisfied with their therapeutic efficacy after different treatments. Conclusions Dysuria caused residual prostatic hyperplasia after TURP can be caused by different diseases, which could be managed with drug therapy and reoperation.
