目的：：探讨奥氮平和阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者脂代谢影响的差异,评价药物的安全性。方法：将127例首发精神分裂症住院患者随机分为奥氮平组(63例)和阿立哌唑组(64例),于治疗前及治疗后第8周末测定患者血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平。结果：经治疗8周后,奥氮平组患者TC、TG升高明显, P<0.05或P<0.01；阿立哌唑组患者TC、TG升高不明显,P>0.05。结论：阿立哌唑对患者的血脂影响较小,奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症患者可引起血脂明显异常,在治疗过程中应采取必要的干预措施。
목적：：탐토오담평화아립고서대수발정신분렬증환자지대사영향적차이,평개약물적안전성。방법：장127례수발정신분렬증주원환자수궤분위오담평조(63례)화아립고서조(64례),우치료전급치료후제8주말측정환자혈총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)수평。결과：경치료8주후,오담평조환자TC、TG승고명현, P<0.05혹P<0.01；아립고서조환자TC、TG승고불명현,P>0.05。결론：아립고서대환자적혈지영향교소,오담평치료수발정신분렬증환자가인기혈지명현이상,재치료과정중응채취필요적간예조시。
Objective:To explore effect difference of Olanzapine and Aripiprazole on lipid metabolism in patients with first-ep-isode schizophrenia. Methods:127 patients with the first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into Olanzapine group (n=63) and Aripiprazole group (n=64). The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were measured before and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results:8 weeks after the treatment, the TC and TG levels of Olanzapine group increased significantly (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01);but Aripiprazole group had less effects on the blood lipid (P>0. 05). Conclusions:The treatment of Olanzapine may cause ab-normal blood lipid level. It is necessary to take preventive measures and test the blood lipid level in schizophrenic patients treated with Olanzapine. But Aripiprazole has fewer side effects on lipid metabolism than Olanzapine.
