目的：探讨推拿配合围刺法治疗肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法运用弹拨、按、揉、环转等推拿手法配合围刺法治疗。结果临床症状减轻或消除，肩关节功能改善或恢复，总有效率为100%。结论推拿配合围刺法治疗肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎对于改善肱二头肌长头肌腱的疼痛和肩关节功能有显著的临床疗效。
目的：探討推拿配閤圍刺法治療肱二頭肌長頭腱腱鞘炎的臨床療效。方法運用彈撥、按、揉、環轉等推拿手法配閤圍刺法治療。結果臨床癥狀減輕或消除，肩關節功能改善或恢複，總有效率為100%。結論推拿配閤圍刺法治療肱二頭肌長頭腱腱鞘炎對于改善肱二頭肌長頭肌腱的疼痛和肩關節功能有顯著的臨床療效。
목적：탐토추나배합위자법치료굉이두기장두건건초염적림상료효。방법운용탄발、안、유、배전등추나수법배합위자법치료。결과림상증상감경혹소제，견관절공능개선혹회복，총유효솔위100%。결론추나배합위자법치료굉이두기장두건건초염대우개선굉이두기장두기건적동통화견관절공능유현저적림상료효。
objective: to study the therapy of massage combined with surrounding of the tendon of the long head of the biceps tendonitis clinical efficacy. Methods: using the plucked string, press, kneading, orbit and other surrounding needling method for treatment of tuina. Result: to reduce or eliminate clinical symptoms, improvement or recovery of shoulder function, the total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion: the therapy of massage combined with surrounding the long head of the biceps tendon tenosynovitis in improving the long head of the biceps tendon pain and shoulder function there are significant clinical efficacy.
