目的:建立复方芍红颗粒中四种药材的TLC鉴别法。方法鉴别白芍的TLC条件为:以三氯甲烷︰乙酸乙酯︰甲醇︰甲酸=10︰1.25︰3︰0.1为展开剂,喷5%香草醛硫酸溶液;鉴别红花的TLC条件为:以乙酸乙酯︰甲酸︰水︰甲醇=7︰2︰3︰0.4为展开剂;鉴别川芎的TLC条件为:以正己烷︰乙酸乙酯=5︰1为展开剂,在紫外365n m下观察;鉴别蔷薇红景天的T L C条件为:三氯甲烷-甲醇-丙酮-水(6︰3︰1︰1),用碘蒸气熏15-20分钟。结果在该鉴别条件下,各斑点清晰,分离度较好。结论该方法简便快捷,重复性好,专属性高,为复方芍红颗粒的质量控制提供参考。

목적:건립복방작홍과립중사충약재적TLC감별법。방법감별백작적TLC조건위:이삼록갑완︰을산을지︰갑순︰갑산=10︰1.25︰3︰0.1위전개제,분5%향초철류산용액;감별홍화적TLC조건위:이을산을지︰갑산︰수︰갑순=7︰2︰3︰0.4위전개제;감별천궁적TLC조건위:이정기완︰을산을지=5︰1위전개제,재자외365n m하관찰;감별장미홍경천적T L C조건위:삼록갑완-갑순-병동-수(6︰3︰1︰1),용전증기훈15-20분종。결과재해감별조건하,각반점청석,분리도교호。결론해방법간편쾌첩,중복성호,전속성고,위복방작홍과립적질량공제제공삼고。
Objective To identify the components in Fufang Shaohong granules. Methods The condition of TLC which was used to identify Paeonia lactiflora Pal is as folowing: the mixture of chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol and formic acid (10︰1.25︰3︰0.1) is developing agent, and the 5% vanilin sulfuric acid solution is chromogenic agent. The condition of TLC which was used to identify Carthamus tinctorious is as folowing: the mixture of ethyl acetate, formic acid, water and methanol (7︰2︰3︰0.4) is developing agent. The condition of TLC which was used to identify the hawthorn is as folowing: the mixture of methylbenzene, ethyl acetate and formic acid (10︰2︰0.5) is developing agent. The condition of TLC which was used to identify the Rhodiola rosea L. is as folowing: the mixture of chloroform, methanol, acetone and water (6︰3︰1︰1) is developing agent, and the silica gel plat is placed under the Iodine vapor 15-20 minutes. Results there was a good separating degree and the spots were clear. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, repeatable and high specific, which can be used to control the quality of Fufang Shaohong granules.
