目的:了解2012年1月1日至2013年12月31日少数民族聚居的大理白族自治州第一人民医院手足口病患儿肠道病毒71型(EV71)的感染状况,为临床诊治提供参考。方法采集首诊手足口病1028例患儿的咽拭子标本,应用实时RT-PCR法检测标本中的EV71。结果1028例手足口病咽拭子样本中EV71的阳性病例数为274;阳性率为26.65%,2013年咽拭子样本EV71阳性检出率30.93%(150/485)高于2012年22.84%(124/543),差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);2012、2013年均以EV71感染为主,病毒流行株差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2012和2013年我院手足口病患儿EV71检出率分别为22.84%和30.93%是手足口病的主要致病病毒之一,2013年E V71感染的手足口病比例较2012年出现明显上升。E V71是大理白族地区手足口病的主要致病病毒,流行特征和病原学分析有助于手足口病的早期防控和治疗。

Objective: Understanding the entervirus 71 (EV71) infection status of children with hand-foot -and -mouth disease from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 in the First People's Hospital, Dali Bai Minority Autonomous Prefecture, and providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Colected the first Pharyngeal swab specimens on 1028 cases of children hand-foot -and -mouth disease, and then used real-time RT-PCR method to detect EV71 in the specimens.Results :the number of the positive cases of EV71 was 274 in the pharyngeal swab samples of 1028 cases of hand-foot- and- mouth disease, the rate was 26.65℅. 30.93℅ (150/485) in 2013, the rate was much higher than 22.84℅ (124/543) in 2012. The difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Both 2012, 2013 was focus on the EV71 infection, the difference between virus epidemic strains was statisticaly significant (P<0.01) Conclusion : the EV71 detection rate on children with hand-foot -and -mouth disease were 22.84℅and 30.93℅ in 2012 and 2013, and became one of the main pathogenic virus of this disease. Obviously, the infection rate of EV71 in 2013 was much higher than it was in 2012. So, the study on the epidemic characteristics and etiology wil contribute to the early prevention and treatment of hand-foot –and- mouth disease.
