目的：探讨呼出气一氧化氮（FeNO）测定在老年哮喘诊治中的应用价值。方法对我院在2014年7月-9月收治的36例老年支气管哮喘患者进行FeNO检测、FEV1占预计值(%)，并与20例正常人进行比较。结果支气管哮喘急性发作组FENO显著高于缓解期与对照组（P<0.01）,急性发作组FENO水平与FEV占预计值(%)呈明显负相关。结论 FeNO在老年哮喘患者中明显增高，FeNO检测对老年哮喘的诊治有很好的指导作用。
목적：탐토호출기일양화담（FeNO）측정재노년효천진치중적응용개치。방법대아원재2014년7월-9월수치적36례노년지기관효천환자진행FeNO검측、FEV1점예계치(%)，병여20례정상인진행비교。결과지기관효천급성발작조FENO현저고우완해기여대조조（P<0.01）,급성발작조FENO수평여FEV점예계치(%)정명현부상관。결론 FeNO재노년효천환자중명현증고，FeNO검측대노년효천적진치유흔호적지도작용。
Objective To investigate the value of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO)detection in the diagnosis andatment of asthma in senile patients. Methods FeNO detection was performed on 36 senile patients with asthma (asthma group)hospitalized from July 2014 to September 2014,and another 20 healthy Chinese elder within the sameperiod were selected to be the control. Results FeNO in acute attack of asthma was significantly higher than that in remission period group and asthma in remission period.There were significantly negatively correlation between FeNO and FEV1% in acute attack of asthma group.Conclusions FeNO in senile patients with asthma increases significantly and FeNO detection is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in senile patients.
