以丙烯酸钠为单体,采用四烯丙基氯化铵(TAAC)和 N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)复合交联剂,通过水溶液聚合法制备了温敏可控型吸水树脂。考察了复合交联剂用量、交联剂摩尔配比和温度对吸水树脂吸水性能的影响,并对所制备的吸水树脂结构进行红外表征。结果表明,吸水树脂的吸水倍率在100℃以下很小,高于150℃明显增大,且通过改变复合交联剂总用量及交联剂物质的量之比可控制吸水树脂在低温和高温下的吸水倍率。另外,吸水树脂对温度敏感,改变温度可控制其吸水速率和吸水倍率。

A novel controllable thermosensitive superabsorbent was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization of sodium acrylate,using tetraallylammonium chloride (TAAC)and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA)as compound crosslinkers.The factors such as quantity of compound crosslinkers,molar ratio between TAAC and NMBA and temperature on water absorbency were studied.The results showed that the swelling ratios at low and high temperature were apparently different,which can be controlled by the quantity of compound crosslink-ers and the molar ratio between TAAC and NMBA.Besides,the superabsorbent was sensitive to temperature, which the swelling ratio and rate can be controlled by temperature.
