目的：对头针丛刺结合康复技术急性脑梗偏瘫患者肌力恢复影响问题的研究分析。方法把60位急性脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分成两个组，治疗组和对照组。治疗组的30例在发病之后接受常规的药物治疗，在病情得到稳定的7天后，进行头针丛刺结合康复技术治疗；而对于对照组的30例病人，在发病后与治疗组的一样，接受药物控制治疗对病情进行稳固，在此之后的7天左右进行康复技术治疗。结果比较这两组的治疗结果，治疗组对于瘫痪肢体肌力的提高明显高出对照组。结论头针丛刺结合康复技术治疗对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者肌力的恢复有显著的作用，这种治疗方法对于患者的生活质量的提高有很大的意义。
