采用水热合成法制备了结晶型FeVO4, 借助XRD和SEM等分析手段, 考察了溶液pH值和温度对沉淀产物的影响。结果表明, 样品中n(V)/n(Fe)比值随着pH值的升高而减小;水热法制备钒酸铁的最佳条件为pH值1. 5~4, 温度为160℃, 配比1∶1, 静置时间120min, 获得的钒酸铁样品中n(V)/n(Fe)比值为1, 颗粒呈球形, 粒径均匀, 形貌比较规则。

The study prepared crystalline FeVO4 by hydrothermal synthesis,X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and SEM were performed to investigate the effect of pH and reaction temperature on precipitates,investigates the influence of the solution pH value and reaction temperature on the precipitation.The results indicated:n(V)/n(Fe)ratio of samples decreased with the increase of pH value;the best conditions of hydrothermal syn-thesis obtained were reaction temperature at 160 ℃,pH 1.5-4,n(V)/n(Fe)=1,and the standing time of 120 min,under such condition,the V/Fe molar ratio of precipitates was 1 and the precipitates were regularly spher-ical in the shape with fine grain size.
