目的:通过竞聘选拔科室护理总带教,实行总带教负责制,规范临床护理教学,提高教学质量。方法面向全院护士公开竞聘选拔科室总带教,制定总带教职责,由总带教负责科室护理教学工作。结果公开竞聘选拔总带教并实行总带教负责教学工作,使护理人员的学习、竞争及教学意识有所提高,临床护理教学管理更为规范。结论竞聘选拔临床护理总带教及总带教负责制在护理教学管理中起到积极的促进作用。

목적:통과경빙선발과실호리총대교,실행총대교부책제,규범림상호리교학,제고교학질량。방법면향전원호사공개경빙선발과실총대교,제정총대교직책,유총대교부책과실호리교학공작。결과공개경빙선발총대교병실행총대교부책교학공작,사호리인원적학습、경쟁급교학의식유소제고,림상호리교학관리경위규범。결론경빙선발림상호리총대교급총대교부책제재호리교학관리중기도적겁적촉진작용。
Objective: Through competition for the nursing department of total teaching, the implementation of total teaching responsibility, the standard of clinical nursing teaching, improve teaching quality. Methods: for the nurses competition for Department of total teaching, establish total teaching duties, by the general teaching responsible departments nursing teaching. Results: the competition for general teaching and carry out the total teaching responsible for teaching, learning, and teaching the competition consciousness of nursing staff is improved, the clinical nursing teaching management more standardized. Conclusion: competition for clinical nursing of total teaching and total teaching responsibility system play a positive role in nursing teaching management.
