提出了利用廉价反射式超声测距模块 HC_SR04设计对射式超声测距系统方案,实测了不同时序逻辑及采样方式对系统性能的影响,分析了不同单片机控制方案对测量结果的影响。标定后的系统最高精度可达到1 cm ,性价比高,能很好地满足点对点的定位、测距以及部分需要特殊安全监控场合的需要。

An opposite-type ultrasonic ranging system based on the low-cost HC-SR04 integrated module is designed. The different time sequences and sampling methods are measured, which may affect system performance, and different MCU control schemes are compared on the measuring results. Experimental results show that ranging errors of the calibrated ranging system are within 1.0 centimeter, which can meet the needs of a large range of applications, such as point to point positioning, distance measuring, and some specific security monitoring environments.
