目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者术后功能训练计划并评价其疗效。方法：收集2012年3月至9月58例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者，分三个阶段进行康复功能训练，并随访12～18个月。结果：58例患者经康复功能训练后，结果显示优42例，良11例，可5例，优良率91.37%。结论：腰椎间盘突出症术后的康复功能训练计划可以提高手术成功率，促进患者早期康复，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토요추간반돌출증환자술후공능훈련계화병평개기료효。방법：수집2012년3월지9월58례요추간반돌출증술후환자，분삼개계단진행강복공능훈련，병수방12～18개월。결과：58례환자경강복공능훈련후，결과현시우42례，량11례，가5례，우량솔91.37%。결론：요추간반돌출증술후적강복공능훈련계화가이제고수술성공솔，촉진환자조기강복，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To discuss the postoperative function training plan for the patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and evaluate its effect. Methods:Fifty-eight postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation were collected from March to September 2012. The rehabilitation function training was divided into three phases and followed up for 12~18 months. Results:After their rehabilitation functions training, the results showed that 42 cases were excellent, 11 cases good, and 5 cases OK, and the excellent rate was 91.37%. Conclusion:The postoperative rehabilitation function training plan for the patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the successful rate of surgery, and promote the early rehabilitation of the patients, which is worthy of clinic application.
