采用高温固相反应,在950℃下制备了Cu2+离子掺杂的 Mn1.5 Cr1.5 O4红外辐射材料。利用热分析(TG-DSC)、XRD、红外光谱(IR)、拉曼光谱和红外辐射测试等方法测试样品的结构和红外辐射性能,研究了体系中 Cu2+离子在晶体中的存在方式和Cu2+离子含量对样品红外发射率的影响。结果表明,掺杂的Cu2+离子以占据着尖晶石结构的四面体位置而存在于晶体材料中;体系中随着 Cu2+离子含量的增加,样品的红外发射率不断变大,当体系中 CuO 含量为30%时,材料的红外发射率达到最大值,此时1~22,8~14和3~5μm 波段的平均发射率分别为0.946,0.937和0.929。

The Cu2+ doped spinel Mn1.5 Cr1.5 O4 powders were fabricated by the traditional solid state reaction at the temperature of 950 ℃.The thermal analysis,X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),infrared transmittance spec-tra (IR),Raman spectra and infrared emissivity at the range of 3-5,8-14 and 1-22μm were examined by differ-ent methods.Effects of the different amount of Cu2+ on the state of existence of the Cu2+ ions on the crystal structure of Mn1.5 Cr1.5 O4 and infrared emissivity and were investigated.It was found that the Cu2+ stay the tet-rahedral sites in the structure,and the infrared emissivity increase with the increase of the amount of Cu2+, when the Cu2+ was about 30%,the powders have the highest emissivity with 0.946 at the range of 1-22μm, 0.937 at 8-14μm and 0.929 at 3-5μm.
