目的：调查分析儿内科护理计划单存在的问题，规范表单的制定。方法对6个儿内科病区采取方便抽样，抽取60份运行病历中的护理计划单进行使用情况统计，并分析统计结果。结果6个病区使用3种版本计划单；全选的项目仅8条，占总项目的12.7%；护理计划单总空行数为1043行，占总行数的52.7%；格式与本院同类表单不一致；归类不规范。结论对护理计划单存在问题的调查分析，有助于临床表单的修订，促进各类表单的科学制定。
목적：조사분석인내과호리계화단존재적문제，규범표단적제정。방법대6개인내과병구채취방편추양，추취60빈운행병력중적호리계화단진행사용정황통계，병분석통계결과。결과6개병구사용3충판본계화단；전선적항목부8조，점총항목적12.7%；호리계화단총공행수위1043행，점총행수적52.7%；격식여본원동류표단불일치；귀류불규범。결론대호리계화단존재문제적조사분석，유조우림상표단적수정，촉진각류표단적과학제정。
Objective to investigate and analyze the son department of internal medicine nursing plan single problems, formulate normative form.Methodsconvenience sampling of 6 daughters in the department of internal medicine, nursing care plan extraction 60 running records of single usage statistics, and statistical analysis of the results.Results6 wards using 3 version planned single; select all items only 8, accounting for the total project 12.7%; nursing care plan single total blank line number is 1043, accounting for the total number of 52.7%; format with the hospital similar form inconsistent classiifcation does not regulate.Conclusion the research and analysis of the problems lies in the nursing plan are in favor of the revision of clinical forms as well as promote the scientiifc formulation of all the forms.
