目的：建立参竹精片中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用超声法提取，利用黄酮类与NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH发生显色反应，以芦丁为对照品，采用分光光度法对不同批号参竹精片中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果芦丁浓度在0.0102~0.0714 mg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)，平均回收率为98.80%，RSD为0.86%(n=9)。结论该方法简便，重复性好，结果准确可靠，可作为参竹精片质量控制的方法。
목적：건립삼죽정편중총황동적함량측정방법。방법채용초성법제취，이용황동류여NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH발생현색반응，이호정위대조품，채용분광광도법대불동비호삼죽정편중총황동적함량진행측정。결과호정농도재0.0102~0.0714 mg/mL범위내여흡수도정량호적선성관계(r=0.9997)，평균회수솔위98.80%，RSD위0.86%(n=9)。결론해방법간편，중복성호，결과준학가고，가작위삼죽정편질량공제적방법。
Objective To establish the method of determination for total flavonoids in Shenzhujing Tablet. Methods The ultrasonic extraction was used, and rutin was used as reference substance, colorimetry was used to determine the total flavonoids in Shenzhujing Tablet from different batches, by flavonoids and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodi-um hydroxidc producing color under alkaline conditions. Results Rutin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.0102-0.0714 mg/mL(r=0.9997), the average recovery was 98.80%, RSD was 0.86%(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible, the results are accurately and reliable and can be used to quality control of Shenzhujing Tablets.
