本研究通过介绍肿瘤内科临床药师在临床实践中遇到的实际案例，如抗菌药物的合理应用、癌痛规范化治疗、治疗方案的制订、不良反应的药学监护及用药教育等，探讨临床药师开展药学服务的工作模式和切入点。
本研究通過介紹腫瘤內科臨床藥師在臨床實踐中遇到的實際案例，如抗菌藥物的閤理應用、癌痛規範化治療、治療方案的製訂、不良反應的藥學鑑護及用藥教育等，探討臨床藥師開展藥學服務的工作模式和切入點。
본연구통과개소종류내과림상약사재림상실천중우도적실제안례，여항균약물적합리응용、암통규범화치료、치료방안적제정、불량반응적약학감호급용약교육등，탐토림상약사개전약학복무적공작모식화절입점。
The study discusses the work pattern and key points of clinical pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical ser-vice through introducing actual case of encountered in department of internal medicine-oncology for clinical pharma-cist,such as the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,standardized treatment of cancer pain,formulation of treatment scheme,pharmaceutical care of adverse reactions and medication education and so on.
