目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者的护理方法，并分析其临床效果。方法选择患者80例，分为两组，各40例。观察组采用针对性护理，对照组则实施常规护理，如药物治疗，饮食指导等，比较两组患者干预前后的空腹血糖水平及并发症发生率。结果干预前，两组的空腹血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，观察组的血糖水平基本控制正常，且低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组发生高渗性昏迷、低血糖及甲状腺功能亢进危象的比率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者实施针对性护理，能更好地控制其血糖，减少相关并发症的发生，值得临床重视。
목적：탐토갑상선공능항진합병당뇨병환자적호리방법，병분석기림상효과。방법선택환자80례，분위량조，각40례。관찰조채용침대성호리，대조조칙실시상규호리，여약물치료，음식지도등，비교량조환자간예전후적공복혈당수평급병발증발생솔。결과간예전，량조적공복혈당수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；간예후，관찰조적혈당수평기본공제정상，차저우대조조(P<0.05)，관찰조발생고삼성혼미、저혈당급갑상선공능항진위상적비솔현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론침대당뇨병합병갑상선공능항진환자실시침대성호리，능경호지공제기혈당，감소상관병발증적발생，치득림상중시。
Objective To investigate the nursing method and clinical effect of hyperthyroidism complicated with dia-betes. Methods 80 cases were divided into the two groups,there were 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given the targeted nursing,the control group was given the routine care,such as drug therapy,dietary guidance and so on.The fasting glucose level before and after intervention and the incidence rate of complication in the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical difference of the fasting plasma glucose level before intervention in the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the fasting plasma glucose was normal basically in the observation group,the fasting plasma glucose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the ratio of hyperosmolar co-ma,low blood sugar and hyperthyroidism crisis in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing con-ducted in patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes can better control their blood sugar and reduce the incidence of the related complication,so it is worthy of attention.
