目的:研究脑瘫患儿家长存在的焦虑、抑郁情绪及心理干预的效果。方法将80例脑瘫患儿家长随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各40例。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对家长进行评分。干预组实施专业心理护理,对照组未进行任何形式的心理干预。比较两组入院时(干预前)、3个疗程后(干预后)的SAS、SDS评分。结果干预组干预后的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组干预前后的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前,两组的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,干预组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组。结论对脑瘫患儿治疗时,同时对患儿家长进行心理干预,有利于缓解患儿家长的焦虑、抑郁情绪。
目的:研究腦癱患兒傢長存在的焦慮、抑鬱情緒及心理榦預的效果。方法將80例腦癱患兒傢長隨機分為榦預組與對照組,每組各40例。應用焦慮自評量錶(SAS)、抑鬱自評量錶(SDS)對傢長進行評分。榦預組實施專業心理護理,對照組未進行任何形式的心理榦預。比較兩組入院時(榦預前)、3箇療程後(榦預後)的SAS、SDS評分。結果榦預組榦預後的SAS、SDS評分均低于榦預前,差異有統計學意義(P<0.01),對照組榦預前後的SAS、SDS評分比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);榦預前,兩組的SAS、SDS評分比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),榦預後,榦預組的SAS、SDS評分均低于對照組。結論對腦癱患兒治療時,同時對患兒傢長進行心理榦預,有利于緩解患兒傢長的焦慮、抑鬱情緒。
목적:연구뇌탄환인가장존재적초필、억욱정서급심리간예적효과。방법장80례뇌탄환인가장수궤분위간예조여대조조,매조각40례。응용초필자평량표(SAS)、억욱자평량표(SDS)대가장진행평분。간예조실시전업심리호리,대조조미진행임하형식적심리간예。비교량조입원시(간예전)、3개료정후(간예후)적SAS、SDS평분。결과간예조간예후적SAS、SDS평분균저우간예전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),대조조간예전후적SAS、SDS평분비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);간예전,량조적SAS、SDS평분비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),간예후,간예조적SAS、SDS평분균저우대조조。결론대뇌탄환인치료시,동시대환인가장진행심리간예,유리우완해환인가장적초필、억욱정서。
Objective To study the anxious and depressive mood of the parents of kids with cerebral palsy and the ef-fects of psychological intervention. Methods 80 parents of kids with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the in-tervention group (n=40) and control group (n=40).Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to score for parents.Professional psychological nursing was implemented in the intervention group,while no psychological nursing was implemented in the control group.The score of SAS and SDS before and after intervention in the two groups was compared. Results The score of SAS and SDS after intervention in the intervention group was lower than that before intervention respectively,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.01),and there was no statistical dif-ference of the score of SAS and SDS before and after intervention in the control group (P>0.05);before intervention,there was no statistical difference of the score of SAS and SDS before intervention in the two groups (P>0.05),after interven-tion,the score of SAS and SDS in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of professional psychological intervention may help to release the anxious and depressive mood of the parents of kids with cerebral palsy while kids are receiving treatments.
