目的:探讨氧气驱动雾化治疗小儿中重度哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的中重度哮喘急性发作期患儿60例,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规吸氧、抗炎治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用氧气驱动雾化治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、喘憋和肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能指标FEV1%和最大呼气峰值流速(PEF)的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良事件。结论氧气驱动雾化治疗在小儿中重度哮喘急性发作期中的应用可快速改善患儿的临床症状,改善肺功能,提高疗效。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of oxygen-driven atomization in the treatment of children with moderate and severe asthma exacerbations. Methods 60 cases of children with moderate and severe asthma exac-erbations treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order in hospital,conventional oxygen,anti-inflammatory treatment was taken to the control group,oxygen-driven atomization treatment was added to the observation group on the basis of control group,and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, higher than 70.0% of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);The coughing,wheezing and lungs wheeze disappearance time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group respectively,the difference was sig-nificant (P<0.05);The lung function FEV1% and PEF improvement of observation group was better than that of the con-trol group respectively,the difference was significant (P<0.05);There were no serious adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomization therapy in children with moderate and severe asthma exacerbations can quickly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the lung function,increase the curative effect.
