目的：探讨胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的心66例力衰竭合并心律失常患者作为研究对象,随机分为结合组和对照组,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,结合组在对照组的基础上给予稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组的效果。结果结合组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后的心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),QT间期和左室射血分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常可明显提高疗效,改善心功能,降低不良反应,应用效果显著。
목적：탐토알전동연합은심과립치료심력쇠갈합병심률실상적림상효과。방법선취본원2012년1월~2014년1월수치적심66례력쇠갈합병심률실상환자작위연구대상,수궤분위결합조화대조조,대조조급여알전동치료,결합조재대조조적기출상급여은심과립치료,비교량조적효과。결과결합조적총유효솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05),차치료후적심솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05),QT간기화좌실사혈분수현저고우대조조(P<0.05),불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론알전동연합은심과립치료심력쇠갈합병심률실상가명현제고료효,개선심공능,강저불량반응,응용효과현저。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with Wenxin Keli in the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods 66 cases with heart failure and arrhythmia from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,the combined group was treated with Wenxin Keli on the basis of control group,the curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effect rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05),and heart rate index after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),QT interval and left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with Wenxin Keli in the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia can significantly improve the efficacy and cardiac function,reduce adverse reactions,the application effect is remarkable.
